turkey breast in the OldSmokey

a 7# bone on turkey breast
I brined it for 24hrs+

i used a beer can chicken stand, without the can to hold it up for the cook

i smoke-roasted it at 350° for 2½hrs on a two-sided indirect cook, with drip pan in the OldSmokey
