These were probably the best babybacks that I have done. Juicy and tender with an excellent bite through.
I had seasoned them yesterday with Smokin Gun Hot and Smokin Gun Sweet Heat. They were wrapped after
2:45 minutes. Stayed in the foil for another 1:15 minutes. Sauced with Lambert's Sweet Sauce O'Mine and I
let the sauce sit for about 30 minutes.
