just thought I would ask because a lot of us want to get a sous vide machine and it would be good to see what everyone else is using.  I use to only have a few grills and now this forum has got me buying all kinds of stuff now.   ;)  loving every minute of it.   8)

I'm getting close to making the plunge....thanks Sparky

Anova One - but you can't go wrong with any system - precision temperature control is all you need however you achieve it.

Dorkfood DSV - shocker right?  But I will say that the other units out there (Anova, Nomiku, Sousvide Supreme, etc.) do an excellent job as well.  It all depends what you want to do and what you want to pay.  The Anova and Nomiku are nice because they provide circulation as well as temp control and of course the Cadillac is the Sousvide Supreme.  The good thing about all of these options is you can tailor your Sous Vide experience to your own lifestyle and tastes!

Has anyone tried both the Aonva Prcision and the Aonva One?  I like the idea of the adjustable clamp and the Bluetooth conectivity, but I am concerned about the 800W vs the 1000W.

Thanks!
