SV prime rib for supper
« Reply #-1 on: December 31, 2014, 06:45:19 PM »
Just finished supper..I made Sous Vide prime rib.,cooked at 130º for 13 hours then seared in cast iron..fabulous, cut like butter and made As jus from broth and juices from prime rib with some cognac..most excellent, best I ever made. Also a compound butter with salt, fresh cracked pepper and horseradish. Also made Pappys pop overs with added fresh cracked pepper to kick it up some..boy were they good with a salad. good supper. Thank god for leftovers..gonna be some prime rib sammiches in my future.
HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVERYONE.  Pam   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ིྀ.
