I decided to use my anova to do yogurt .

NICE video. Your dog talks like mine I see.... :D  I just have a question about the temperatures you mention....Can you clarify for me the temps that you take the milk up to, and then at what temp you add your cultures?

Muebe : i use boiling water and it pour over the jar  and in side .i pour it out just before i put in the milk .
Tee : i heat the milk to 117f to 122f and add the culture  the sous vide  is set to 117f this is the best temp for the culture to be active.
it is not necessary to boil the milk if it is pasteurized and homogenized .

if you can't find culture you can use a active yogurt .2 tbsp for 1 quart of milk .
