Garden Salad with Sous Vide Lobster

Got some sauces ready. Warm Honey Mustard and clarified butter.



Leftover SV lobster tail



Chopped and into some warm butter



Add to a salad with romaine, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms.



Let's eat

Nice looking salad!!  You must have a great source for lobster, as much as you cook it.  Love that lobster!!

That salad is almost too pretty to eat.... I said ALMOST.
