That looks great.

How big was the roast?
Flbentrider..it was just under 3#..only 2 of us here..but have enough for leftover pr sammiches tonite, with melted provolone cheese and saute'ed shrooms on top of toasted buns,  with Au Jus.  Pam   GO BUCKS  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
You know what the turtle will say, "if it doesn't have at least two bones it's a steak".
