Split some chickens and buttered em under and on top of the skin.
Rubbed Tatonka Dust under the skin and had enough left over for the top and underside!!
A little peach wood for smoke. All vents wide open..skin side down and let er rip!!

Time to drool and beg Tanya to get Totanka Dust on the market A.S.A.P.!!!!!!  Gotta get a bunch of it!!





Look at the color on those bad boys!!  I wish I had some left over to try on steak and burgers!! This dust is looking like an all-purpose mixture to me!!!!
