I am SV'ing some pork chops for supper..140º for 4.5 hours, then a sear. Making green beans, corn, yellow and green zuchini and bacon for a side and some Hasselback potatoes with cheese.  Yum, might make a fresh loaf of rye bread too.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
