Vac sealed 2- two-packs of pork chops seasoned with WOW and a bit of sea salt. Refrigerated the packs for about 4 hours, then tossed them into a 135F hot tub for 3 hours. Both paks were refrigerated for a few hours, then one was stashed in the freezer the other got seared in a very hot pan. Served up with the potato and veggies. Very tasty, and fork tender!
