Steak and Fries
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2015, 05:46:22 PM »
Despite the weather conditions, I decided to still do the steak and fries outside.

Turned out pretty well, but I am still struggling with temp control, but making headway. This thing sure is a different beast than controlling a Webber Kettle...lol

Anyway, Porterhouse with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tatonka Dust, Cracker Pepper.
Fries were some steak fries dumped from a bag......lol

The one on the left is very well done, the little one wont eat anything unless its borderline ruined.....lol

Thanks for looking.
