Cast Iron disc and a comal for tacos that sit on a stand and use propane burner.

That's the first I ever done them too. Figured I would give them a shot, and for frozen fries I thought they turned out rather well. I would recommend a frogmat or something similar though as I lost bunch through the grates getting them off.......lol
