Lamb chops & rib eye SV

DI did some lamb ribs and rib eye stakes in my SV .
now i am more easy with my SV so i put the lamb and the stakes  in my SV before i went to work .
at 138f and left to work .
9 hours later ready for supper  i sear  them on the very hot grill for few seconds .
