The end of an era: bacon & egg burger
« Reply #-1 on: February 14, 2015, 09:49:46 AM »
Since the late 90ies I was allergic to eggs. Some weeks ago I noticed that I didn't have any allergical reactions to food with eggs any more, so I tried a small spoonful of egg twop weeks ago and increased the amount steadily, without any reaction.

So I was very happy today to cook me a burger with fried bacon and egg as toppings - and I tell you: that was one tasty burger (ok, actually I had two  8))!

Beautiful pictures! I am happy to hear you are back on eggs - they are one of my favorite foods. Nice looking burger!

That is great that you can enjoy eggs again WC. Those burgers look great, I would have eaten all four of those burgers instead of just two.

Just a thought, cook more next time.  You could have a lot of company.
