Thawing a butt

I pulled a 9# boston butt from my freezer yesterday. I'd like to be able to inject it by tomorrow evening for my cook on Sunday. If it is still too frozen to inject by tommorow  (thursday), how can I quickly thaw it and still be safe to put back into fridge until Sunday?
