Tonight's Stars. Some real nice CBA Bone In Rib Eyes from our local Publix.

Some fresh Green Beans with Garlic, White Pepper and Sea Salt.

Got some baked taters cooking on the grill and will post more later.

First flip on the grill.

Done and pulled to rest.

Plated and it was killer.

Sparky is right. My eye went to the potato first, could be an Irish thing. Steak looks awesome. Not sure what the green things are.

Well the "Green Things" do not look like the greens I am used to ... Maybe toothpicks?  ;D
I may be Italian but I sure had my eye caught by that spud as well ..... you would think I would be looking for a tomato or an olive or something.  :P
