Smoked Roast Beef – Albert made me do it
« Reply #-1 on: May 20, 2015, 07:25:34 AM »
During the gathering at Jaxsons house, Albert and I talked about his roast beef and so I decided to give it a try.

S/P/G w/fat cap left on

Pulled at 140ish

Allowed to cool overnight before slicing.

Plated with some beef gravy, couscous and tater.

Next time I think I will pull it sooner. I wanted it a little more rear but this was still great and it made great sandwiches.
Love to cook and eat

Looks good, Ray.  What "flavor" pellets did you use to smoke it?
