weekend opener....Sparkyish ribs

Orange and hickory wood.
Ribs seasoned with salt and pepper, finished with a vinegary glaze.







Gotta have corn



Had a small 2 pound pork shoulder. Might slice it for sammiches or chop it for beer accoutrements.

Are you spraying glycerin on those before you take the pictures? They look fantastic!
