As always....A beautiful dinner. The Orange and Hickory sound interesting...Did you like the combination?

When Jaxon had his cookout recently, he used a combination of Cherry and pecan and the aroma and flavor was outstanding....I am going to cook a boston butt tomorrow and use that combo in a smoker tube for latin on cold smoke before - and hot smoke during the cook.

The "pungency" was awesome - but in no way was it harsh or - over-smoked.
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

My best combo yet. Seems like orange wood has a certain tinting effect similar to cherry wood.
