If I was Wing Commanders Mama, I would have a Birthday at least once a month to get this kind of feast 

All though I believe that I introduced the trisket to this forum the way of cooking tri-tip like a brisket was brought to my attention by another person. They swore by it and so I gave it a try. I was amazed how delicious it turned out. That is how the trisket was born here.
