I believe Muebe uses patent pending Tendarub on his trisket.

Pappy is a trouble maker who is afraid of the trisket. Pappy also was a hold out on the stone tablet when paper was invented. He said that "paper has no weight, is a fad and will never last." Now that he finally moved onto paper and books they have e-books. So his fight continues :P

When it comes to Trisket, Muebe is the "Godfather".

If I was Wing Commanders Mama, I would have a Birthday at least once a month to get this kind of feast  :P :P :P :P

All though I believe that I introduced the trisket to this forum the way of cooking tri-tip like a brisket was brought to my attention by another person. They swore by it and so I gave it a try. I was amazed how delicious it turned out. That is how the trisket was born here.
