Oh yea the steaks are getting drunk.....Used Smithwicks Irish Ale.....added in some Chopped Shallots and Roasted Garlic.

Ok dinner is done and got to have my one glass of my single malt scotch because I have to up at 3 am tomorrow for work (crap)
