BBQ Party with some friends
« Reply #-1 on: June 21, 2015, 01:48:03 PM »
One of my mates from our basketball supporters group wanted me to make some BBQ for her party for some of our friends, and of course I did. So I took my Weber kettle and WSM and travelled to her.

We started with some fingerfood (meatballs, pork burnt ends, quesadillas and brats, arugula, pineapple and honey mustard sauce wrapped in tortillas). Main course were planked salmon and trisket. We finished with a hazelnut-strudel as dessert.

It all looks great! I especially like the look of the salmon - were those lemons or limes? Did you brine it first?
