everyone in the pool.



where running hot but i think its because Bo is new.



broke out some "sauce for sissies".  good for babies, brats and bikers.



oh, shiny.



these are going to good.



poke is coming along very nicely.  i'm using no temp gauges or nothing.  just a wooden skewer to check for doneness.



pulled and i will say very, very yummy.

Looking real good!! When that shine is gone on the inside of that drum ya won't have no more high temps to worry about!!

I know no two pits cook the same, but how does the new SS cook compared to Ursula?
