« Reply #-1 on: July 03, 2015, 08:20:37 PM »

6:30 Start Time.

Sun's Up.

Just Fits.

Still a lot of Heat Left.  What's in the Fridge?

Taking a Break to Eat Some Vegetables.  Mrs. SB was Kind Enough to Cut them off the Cob for me.

Bottom Round Seasoned.  This is for Lunch Meat Tomorrow.

Brisket's Ready.

I Shouldn't be Hungry for Dessert, but...

Finished Bottom Round.

Here's the bottom round sliced up for lunch meat (it went straight to the fridge to firm up after cooling off last night) and the leftover bag of brisket.
