Not a bad idea the next time it goes on sale.  I have got to be tight with the butchers at my local Albertsons.  Can't really do full grocery shopping there, but they have great meat and when they have sales it is really good prices.  That bottom round was $1.99/lb for upper end choice, and the butcher cut me that 3 pound chunk custom (right out of the heart at that) instead of making me take a thin lopsided packaged cut.
