does anybody has a sous vide supreme can you tell me if it is a good investment ? ;) .

Yep I have the Sous Vide Supreme Demi. I bought it as a refurb from the manufacturer. I have had no problems
with it whatsoever. It is normally within .05 to 1 degree off from my Thermopen.  To me it was a great investment.

I also now have the newer Anova.  I almost prefer it over the Demi since it is more portable then the Demi.  I used
to have the Dorkfood controller but sold it.  None of these devices have been a problem and they all work as
advertised.

Although I don't have a Supreme cooker, I did some checking before I purchased an Anova because with the Anova I can put more food in my Rubbermaid storage container than the Supreme could hold. That was my prime aim. I couldn't be happier with my 3 Anova units.

After using the second generation Anova, I like it better than the first. It's very quiet, the bluetooth is a little gimmicky at the moment but I can see it catch on after a few software updates.
