well, since my friend smoke went eletric this last weekend i have to burn some coal for the both of us.  like my charcoal / lump buddy we both like to use the chimney.  something about the smell, the smoke or maybe just the killer food cooked w/ coal.  and away we go......

my daughter, "can you cook bacon on that?".  i can cook anything on a weber kettle.

Sparky is keeping it real!!!!

Just last weekend was electric my friend...I do have to go by 1,100 lbs of Kingsford to get to the Electric Smoker!!

Waiting for a box to be delivered Sat or Mon that you might want to take a look into........

sparky I bought a vintage Char-Broil charcoal grill last year just because of all of smoke's indirect charcoal cooks. I'd rather cook on it than anything else I have

I am humbled to have influenced the Captain!!  That is quite a collectors item you got there Captain...keep your side gates locked....me and the Smooch might roll by and cook on it one night while you are sleeping!!
