I am intrigued by this method of Vacuum Compression .
i tried a new trick of instant pickling with vacuum .
as the bubbles been extracted by the vacuum it will replace it with the liquid that it is in .
i hope i made my self clear
, bubbles out liquid in .
my first try is with julian carrots .
vacuum them in pickling water .
than boiling them in water for 2 minutes to soften slightly .
now i got excellent pickles in 5 minutes .
