Cookinpellets Wine Zealots Recommend: LOT 545 - Napa Valley (Meteor Vineyard) Cabernet Sauvignon
What we like about it: $150 bottle of cabernet with ribs! Ok it's not $150 but this lot 545 drinks like it.
Really , has a front full but smooth tannins with a new full mouth of flavor mid finishing bold but smooth at the end for a GREAT $29 bottle. Comes from the same region as other higher end wines. .. win win!

Also pre smoked those country style ribs for 3 hours using our 100% Hickory pellets then the wife threw them in the crock pot for a long slow simmer !
