The cook and food looks good great, but I can't help to wonder.... who steals a gas meter and for what purpose?

The cook and food looks good great, but I can't help to wonder.... who steals a gas meter and for what purpose?

Got me.  The manager said the prior tenants were real jerks.  They destroyed the walls and cut the carpet so it may have been out of spite.  Good thing for the daughter is new carpet and totally new wall work and paint.  They also replaced the entire door frame and door, and all window blinds. So the apartment got more new stuff than generally is done when a tenant moves out.   Just waiting on the gas company to put in a new meter, which is supposed to be happening today.
