fired up the Big Easy.  shiny.

some buttage.

oh ya.  smoky, smoky......

got my umbrella up.  the Big Easy is in the shade.  all it well.

were at 200° and ready for foil and juice.  nice bark buddy.  looks good.  it took 11 1/2 hours to finish.  the Big Easy held 250° for 16 hours on 15 lbs of coal.

fire up Lucile for some rib time.

got some nice lipstick action going on.

look at these beef ribs after i gave them some FL.

the dogs didn't get these ones.  mine, all mine.

Excellent as usual. Haven't seen you do beef ribs before, and I have never done them. Are they as moist as spares?

i normally do them for my dogs.   but these ones looked good.  i have never had beef ribs before.  there pretty good.  different flavor all together but a very nice change.  i have had a bite of the dogs beef ribs and they always seem dry.  i thought i would FL these ones.  they were very good.  better than the pork ribs.  but i eat alot of pork ribs so anything different is a good.  :)
