Gourmia makes a sous vide device, I found them on Amazon while I was looking for gifts. $99 shipped. Just power, Fahrenheit/Celsius switch, and a temperature dial. Gave one to my mother and my sister. Seems like a winner to me.
Edit: Hmm...price seems to be creeping up. $120 now.
