Well it's cold outside
but the cook must go on!
I don't really like using can chicken for pot pies or any other dish but Kimmie does
so I thought I'll cook up a mess of chickens and a turkey breast and freeze them for meals instead. I asked in a thread the other day about crisping the skin cause I'm thinking of chopping it up and using it for pulled chicken sammies. Old Dave and his better half Jan did a killer chicken slider and I was going to try and make one bird into my version of it.
So it's 19 outside at 8 A.M (
cold as you know what) Not use to these temps here in the sunny South!
I'll be using the Rec-Tec and an SRG for the cook, more pictures as I go!
