Really nice touch with the cast iron skillet. Love the color too. Did you brine, inject or season it in any particular manner?

  I used PBC all purpose rub, then seared the roast, after that let it cook in the skillet.

Great looking grill there... I got a 2001 Genesis Silver off of Craigslist,similar to yours . I done pretty much a full refurb on it. It is the best gasser I have ever owned. Get yourself some GriiiGrates and you will be set.
