Insanely moist. White and dark meat were perfect. The strange thing about this cooker is that you would think that after 4.5 hours cooking directly over charcoal the meat would be dark and smokey but it isn't. It has that "Grease Fog" flavor that you just have to taste, I just can't describe it!! Brisket and Butts up next.........
In fact, my Dad said it doesn't taste smokey, but it is the best turkey he has had in a long time!!
