Looks really good!  Those potatoes are a good idea too.  Any oil or butter on the potato before it make it's trip into the oven?

Yes, I forgot to add that I added EVOO to the baking pan and also to the tops of the potatoes. It definitely helped with crisping the
potatoes.

Mike that looks great! I need to try this. I went and got my Anova out of storage.

I ordered a lid for my cambro container so I can use my Anova in it. Going to cut an opening that just fits the Anova with a rubber edge seal. Should be able to fit a large chuck roast with no problems.

Sure Pappy. It is the same Cambro clear container that I believe Gene has. I just had not ordered the lid to it finally.
