I spatch cocked a bird then decided to half it and season each side different.

Used some of this

Had some herbed red potatoes going in the oven


Fresh green beans with crispy bacon, fresh gawlic, onions, smoked kosher st and fresh ground pepper

I am going to steal your idea on the green beans with bacon

The beans are only cooked with olive oil, fresh garlic, onion, bacon, salt and pepper. I drain the bacon grease after making the bacon.  Although I've sautéed the onion and garlic in it before.

Mighty fine looking plate of groceries!!  I just saw Michael Symon make the bacon green beans on one of his cooking shows.  They are a must try!!
