Marinated and injected in a vac bag for 3 days in mojito.


Got hickory and pecan in my Amazn sitting on the lump.




Bout 1 hour in.



Temp holding steady.

With that marinade and injection, that would make some tasty pulled pork. I only did mine to slicing temperature so will have to try this one next. Thanks.
