a good friend of mine from NC sent me something.  so, away we go.

fired up the 18.5 w/ some apple chunks.



i'm loving this rub. 



everyone in the pool! 



were cruising at 265 -275°.  cya in 2 hours. 



oh ya.  bet ya'll wish you had some of this.  its the good stuff.



time for some FL.

i always use the same amount.  > 1/4 cup.   :)

Great looking ribs Spark!


I've been to Morganton, NC many times.  It's an absolutely gorgeous area! My all-time favorite hiking/backpacking spot is just north of  there, Linville Falls, Linville Gorge Wilderness Area.

Sparky.. Try the Awake-a-Steak on some ribs and let me know.  I haven't but many customers rave about it.
