Used the Foodsaver marinate attachment to vacuum marinate some beef cubes overnight. Used the ingredients in the picture. In the fridge all night in a vacuum comtainer, amazing how much of the liquid has disappeared and how much larger the cubes have become. I think they'll be good. Will be grilling some veges with them. More to come.
