Pork Belly Queso Burger
« Reply #-1 on: September 13, 2016, 06:55:27 PM »
Had some of the Pork Belly Queso left and decided to fry it up and put on a burger.  http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=18466.0

Used one of those egg rings to try and contain the cheese to maintain a shape suitable to put on a burger

Actually worked better than I thought it would

burgers on the steel, smashing for a good full surface contact sear

oh yeah, love that sear & the onions are smelling good

This would have looked a lot better between a couple of buns, but this sure was tasty.  Excuse me now, I think my cardiologist is calling.

My gosh! We have talk of throbbing in here :-[ Hide the children!

That creation is amazing Bob, you're on a roll lately with that Keg. It's as if you've got some newfound inspiration. Glad to see it, hoping to catch a spark of it myself :) I've neglected the Keg for a while but I know that it's there waiting for me like an old friend, lol.
