Found this video on Youtube. If you watched the turkey video on the PBC website, it kinda looked difficult to remove the turkey, but then I saw this video and it is a piece of cake!!

Yeah I am with Key! I would like to see who carved that Turkey and how they did it. Looks great on that platter ;)

I do Turkey where you remove the Breast and cut it across the grain 1" thick but I always massacre the Dark meat and thats what I want to see ;D

This was kinda what I was looking for

Noah, shows more turkey carving in the video on the PBC site but if I remember, the dark meat carving wasn't shown either!! I just shred it and pull it myself................
