Yeah she fell apart when I picked her up to double wrap and put in the cooler so I got a little sample not too shabby at all pretty juicy stuff with a great bark. She will be for dinner tomorrow since she will be resting for a while.

I'm very impressed with that pellets smoking stranger I made I figured out how to get it working really good and burn for many hours

Hope the phone call and text helped

on the outside there was i haven't shreaded it yet to see how the inner parts are on the smoke? i will know tomarrow  and report back on that.

I also use some no name pellets that are competition blend, I found them very cheap at a grocery store. So who knows are you should use wood chips. Not sure if all pellets are pretty much the same or if the bigger more expensive brands are that much better? Also have no idea what's in a competition blend and it doesn't list just says 100% hardwood.

I know my steaks I grilled had plenty of smoke flavor

Okay so I tried it and it had great smoke flavor not as strong as I'm used to but I also used pellets on this grill which i have never used before normally use wood chips these pellets were a competition bleed which I don't know what kind of wood it is does it last just a cheap cheap Brand.

Smoke flavor 8/10
pulling apart 8/10
bark 10/10

My wife said she liked it a lot more than my other pulled pork, I also think it's really good more of a subtle smoke flavor that blends in really good, I know tomorrow it will be a lot stronger like it always is the next day. bone pulled out clean.

The best way I can describe it is deep fried carnitas with that is also smoked, my wife actually said the same thing,

I'll let this one rest about half the time I normally do I was too impatient.

Overall I'm very pleased with the results in this unit is not going anywhere

I was actually thinking too if someone wanted more smoke flavor all I have to do is light my pellet basket cold smoke it once is shredded, personally I like to smoke flavor it blends in really nice, I think it's more of a pellet thing then the smoker because a lot of friends that have pellet said the same thing.

To my surprise I actually had a pretty good smoke ring, I was very shocked because I didn't even think I could get a smoke ring with this setup, must have been from the pellets combustion it was pretty deep enough for I actually had it take the temperature reading because I thought it was raw.lol. reminds me of my charcoal smoker smoke ring
