Elk Meatloaf

I haven’t had meatloaf in quite a while.  Decided that the cold weather dictated some meatloaf.  I made a meatloaf with equal parts ground elk meat and ground turkey.





On the Weber with the Slow N Sear from Adrenaline Barbecue. 





Lipton Soup Potatoes and mushroom gravy.



Really good!!  I even had a second slice, with extra gravy.  Just for Hub!!

That's one fine lookin' meatloaf, Art.  Lives up to it name.  No vegetable loaf for me, thanks.  And, you almost got enough GRAVY on it  ;D
