First BBQ of the season finally

I've been waiting for this since November. A small prime rib and stuffed horseradish baked potatoes on the Akorn.



This was delicious but I felt a little guilty because I've been eating healthy lately. But it was worth it.

Looks beautiful Fred! And - everyone needs to be able to enjoy a favorite meal every now and then...You can do it- and eat healthy.

I think of it as extending the total amount of years that I can extend my enjoyment of all my favorite meals, by balancing my regular eating. Not a diet...just a shift of perspective on my relationship to food. ;)

And the relations I would have with that plate would be ....."No one under 35 allowed..."  :D :D :D :D
