football food on sunday
« Reply #-1 on: December 11, 2012, 02:18:21 AM »
this last week i have been working on ripping out carpet, sealing cracks in the cement, wallpaper, fixing 6 big holes (my sons room, he moved out last year.  yayayaya), texturizing the walls, painting trim and walls and putting up new window blinds.  for some reason my wife thinks i'm a contractor.  i'm not.  she gave me the day off football sunday.  this is what i cooked.

found these on saturday at costco.  man they were good (i stood there and had 20 of them.  note to self: don't go to costco hungry).  so i thought i would make me some bacon wrapped chicken balls.

pork free.  i'll fix that.

got them made up and thru down some JH pecan on.

fired up the 18 WSM w/ one chunk apple.

everyone in the pool!

getting some color on them.

came up w/ my own way of sauces them.

back on to set the sauce.

oh these were good.

after the 49ers won.  i started on some dinner snacks.  49ers won!  ya.

fired up the SRG and got the dinner fixin's on.  my daughter putting on butter on the lobster tails and steaks.

looking good maynard.

steaks off.  lobsters need grill marks too.

all in all a very good meal.

alot of good food for a football sunday.  oh, by the way.  49ers won!

MONK balls are actually quite famous.  Try Google. Usually made with beef but yours look even better.  Made the same way.  You nailed it w/o knowing.  Smile!
