I woke up hungry this morn...........so.................
Fired up the Camp Chef Cast Iron Griddle and got at it!!








I am not hungry now!!

Smoke - I don't see any eggs... you REALLY love chorizo! :D  I love it too...but need to use Maalox as my creamer in my coffee! I still love it tho!

There were -12- eggs mixed in but I went a tad bit heavy on the chorizo. It is spicy but not hot so I can go a bit more chorizo than eggs and get away with it.............

I am happy that my wife does not like big breakfasts... It helps prevent me from making things like this every day i am home! Looks awesome and it pure comfort food!
