Thats one good looking steak, My Jennair gasser was made by vermont casting and at about 8 years old when I went to replace the burners the whole bottom fell out, thats when I went to a ceramic grill :)

I'm also using an 8 year old vermont castings (natural gas) gasser.  I took in to my BBQ shop and replaced the igniter last fall.  Otherwise good as new, and better than anything you'll find at a big box store today in my opinion.  I do however use grill grates.
