A Merry Meat Monster Christmas to all!

Stopped by Hal's on the way home for a beer (or 4), and he had the Meat Monster rolling smoke..

Fire!




Wings!




Butts!




Now this is the cool part.  It was every bit of 350° up where the wings were cooking, but only 235° down where the butts were parked. (below the exhaust stack)


Dinner!



He was going to toss on some tri-tips later, and then package it all up for the drive to Kentucky.


I had to roll home after that...   But I did get some 'wings with wheels' to go with our dinner.




I'm about to dig the rest out for breakfast now..   ;D

Ok where in ky was he headed and what is he driving? If needed I can put out a BOLO for him. He may need police protection after all. 8)

BUt...who is gonna protect them wangs from the police, Bobo???? ;D Something tells me you might define "protective custody" as kepping them in the digestive system of the officer in charge -for at least a few hours..... ;D
