Teriyaki Jerky

(1/2) > >>

Agustine:
One of the many recipes out there.
No idea what I mixed into it last night but I know it has
Garlic
ginger
Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
worcestershire sauce
smoked salt
pepper
Cure #1
 ;D
Its dam good anyways

Small 3 pound batch from eye of round that was on sale.

Hanging from the rack in my bradley smoker. Used toothpicks to hang them. This is my preferred method. Takes longer to hang them but everything gets done at the same time.

Going in for 1 hour at 150F to dry them out some.

After 1 hour they got 4-5 hours of smoke.

Not much there but what is there are darn good.

That looks really good, I think I need to try that.  If you don't mind posting the recipe that would be great.

HighOnSmoke:
Jerky looks great!

smokeasaurus:
I wish I had a bag of that setting next to me on the front seat of my Wrangler.

TentHunteR:
I looks really good, Agustine.  This is one treat I used to make (years ago), and loved it!  Sadly I can't have soy products any longer.  :(   So how about eating a piece or two for me!  ;)
